The organization is called Jammu & Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (JKDFP), with its Head Office in Srinagar and regional offices in Jammu, Ladakh, and Azad Kashmir.
Preamble
In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
The members and office bearers of the Jammu & Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (JKDFP), having organized to peacefully and democratically seek the independence of Jammu & Kashmir, hereby adopt this Constitution.
Each level elects its President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The CWC is the main policy-making body, while the Executive Council manages daily affairs under the Party President.
